Ranting

Yes, you know you've cracked when you're ranting about ranting. Ah well, nothing to get too worried about, everyone has their own brand of insanity. But more on that later.

I fucking hate ranting. I hate people that bitch and complain, I hate nagging, blithering, babbling, and useless banter. And I hate people that don't just shut up 'n walk it off.

But I'm guilty of all those things and should be shot.

In reality, I'm actually quite a chilled, mellow person. But get me started on some sort of rant tangent, and I'll go off on everything from how the colour of the sky is lame and could have been improved upon to how your existence is a waste of oxygen. I'd continue ranting until you either were in complete agreement or completely pissed off.

But a lot of the things I bitch about I don't actually give a rats ass about. Most of the things don't affect my life very much either way, therefore it is not the end of the world if things don't turn out the way I'd like them. Life's too short to be extremely concerned about absolutely everything. Ranting is basically a way to work things out while avoiding physical activity or social interaction. It's no wonder why it is so popular today.

In order to help curb the addiction, this will be the only venue of my ranting. No more random rants to supermarket cashiers or people on my MSN list unless they specifically ask about how the world is going to shit. And no rants about women or work, that is just too easy, cliché and boring.

But then again, maybe I'm not a ranter. I'm just a energetic constructive critic. Yes, not rants, constructive criticisms. In fact, you will be able to purchase some of these gems of knowledge in my upcoming self-help book, entitled "237 Ways to Not Be a Frickin' Moron".
